3.2. Conclusion
You might now feel a little worried after reviewing the limitations of RFID in this chapter. The reality is not so bleak! Although the technology does have several drawbacks, it is not common to encounter a total showstopper because of any of these issues. In most cases, either the issues can be bypassed, or a good RFID solution can be implemented if proper attention is paid to some basic aspects. Chapter 9, “Designing and Implementing an RFID Solution,” provides more details on optimizing this technology.
