As you are starting to see, Revit is all about the views. In fact, by using Revit, not only are you replacing the application you are using to do your drafting with, but you are replacing your existing file storage system as well. This is largely due to the fact that we are now using one model, and we are simply using views of that model for our project navigation.

That being said, I wanted to dedicate an entire chapter to project navigation. Although you have steadily been gaining experience in this area, there is much more that can be expanded upon to round out your Revit expertise.
