Chapter 4 Self-Study Questions

1.Do a certain project or not, which feature(s) to include in the product, buy vs. build, algorithm or data structure selection, upgrade developer's computing environment, move to different office space, hire more people
2.Buy vs. build, for example, should be based on criteria such as price, delivery date, quality, vendor reputation, vendor history (such as how long they have been in business), the likelihood for, and severity of, loss of key intellectual property, and so on.
4.Vendor reputation and history would probably be irreducible. Quality might be irreducible depending on how you choose to represent it. Price and delivery date would not be irreducible.
