Communicating

One of the greatest challenges organizations face today is figuring out how to keep all employees fully informed. People have an insatiable need for information, particularly as it relates to their jobs and careers. The communication tools available today have made this challenge easier as well as more difficult: Technological advances make it possible for information to be instantaneously transmitted to virtually anyone on the planet. However, there are so many different ways to communicate that it feels like information overload. Find the right communication balance so employees feel well informed but not overwhelmed.
