Spectrum Management Issues

Spectrum management issues arise in part from the unknown factors, such as international relations and technological advancement. The following list reviews some management issues:

  • International spectrum policy versus domestic spectrum policy— Radio waves cross international boundaries, and satellites, in particular, have large footprints.
