Erin Byrne is managing partner, chief engagement officer at Grey Healthcare Group. Byrne has more than 20 years of digital media experience spanning all areas of the online landscape. She is a sought-after counselor to C suite executives looking to navigate integrating digital and social media in the highly regulated and rapidly changing health care environment.

Byrne’s diverse experience combines social media, digital technology, corporate communications, and integrated marketing with a specialty in social and mobile communications. She has experience across therapeutic areas and focuses on leveraging digital media to create more educated customers, enhancing the patient-to-physician relationship to create better health care experiences, and driving desired actions that meet business needs and create healthier outcomes. She also has strong expertise in developing social and digital media task forces, conducting organizational digital training, and helping companies govern their digital participation.

Byrne leads the digital media capability at the agency and is responsible for delivery of integrated digital strategy and execution to the agency’s clients around the world. She is a member of the executive committee and sits on the global WPP digital advisory board.
