images Michael D. Greenberg is a senior behavioral scientist with the RAND Corporation and director of the RAND Center for Corporate Ethics and Governance. He is a clinical psychologist and an attorney by training. Greenberg’s work at RAND has involved designing and leading empirical research projects on topics spanning healthcare, civil justice, national security, and law and business issues.
