I DON’T OWN a restaurant. I don’t want to own a restaurant. I don’t even know anyone who owns a restaurant. Yet I find myself watching and being completely engrossed in the Food Network television show Restaurant Impossible.1 I enjoy watching as the host, Chef Robert Irvine, tackles problem after problem in a restaurant he has been called in to save. It is not just a restaurant show. The subject is restaurants, but the lessons are universal and mainly relate to leadership, discipline, and results.
