About the Contributors

Woodrow w. Clark II, Ph.D., is a qualitative economist who has written over 50 peer reviews and 3 books related to the topic of renewable energy. He is a co-winner of the 2007 Nobel Peace Prize for his work as a member of the UN Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change. He is a lecturer in California and the European Union. His company, Clark Strategic Partners, advises communities on renewable energy.

Willett Kempton is trained as a cognitive anthropologist and electrical engineer. He serves as Director of the Center for Carbon-Free Power Integration and Professor in the College of Earth, Ocean, and Environment at the University of Delaware.
