How did you get involved in video compression?
My first experience compressing video was in late 2003 when I was trying to get my cable-access show onto the Web. I then started to compress some of my video shorts for a résumé site. Then in late 2004, I found videoblogging, and that’s when I really dove into the extreme compression geekiness.
