One of the most significant enhancements in XPress 7 is a collection of collaboration features that helps you reuse content, share your work, and minimize production errors.
Shared content lets you synchronize the content and formatting of text, pictures, and their boxes across layouts within a project. When you make changes to an item in one place, your changes are updated everywhere the item is used. Composition Zones take that idea a step further and let you synchronize entire layouts for use inside other layouts and to be shared across your workgroup.
