Collecting and Summarizing Comments

When it’s time to gather everyone’s markups into one place, you can use one of several methods. If you’ve used the Shared Review approach, you can just open your review copy of the PDF (that’s the one with “_review.pdf” appended to the filename) and click the Check for New Comments button in the yellow bar to download and apply everyone’s markups.

Exporting Comments

If you have sent the PDF as an email attachment to reviewers, you could have them send back their marked-up PDFs. But if you’re dealing with large, multipage PDFs, this could clog your in-box; paging through multiple copies of a long document to make note of all the markups would be time-consuming and tedious.
