Importing and Sharing a Preflight Profile

If your print service provider sends a custom profile, import it and use it as your working preflight profile. You might want to supply a custom profile to collaborators or contributors, to help them submit healthy files (or at least to remove any excuse for not doing so). To import a new preflight profile, choose Define Profiles from the Preflight Profiles panel menu, choose Load Profile from the easy-to-overlook tiny drop-down menu beneath the list of profiles, and navigate to the new profile; look for a file with the file extension .idpp. To export a preflight profile, select the profile name in the list and choose Export Profile from the drop-down menu.
