Whether you need to deliver a video recording to one person or millions, VHS videotape and DVD may be the media of choice. These familiar formats have a lot going for them: They're inexpensive, highly portable, and most people have players already in place.
These channels are especially important for distributing noncommercial and low-volume programs.
