Publicist
A publicist is a public-relations expert (showbiz types call her a press agent) who specializes in entertainment media. Many filmmakers don't think about retaining a publicist until a project is about to be released, in order to increase its exposure. But a publicist can be an essential early recruit for your team if you're an independent filmmaker seeking distribution.
