Core values realisation is an important phase if leaders want to ensure that their people live out the values. ‘Realisation’, in layman’s terms, means ‘to be aware of’. At this point, the core value catalyst or leader makes every effort to ensure that all employees can appreciate what it means to live out each value that is espoused. As the word suggests, there will be opportunities given for members to realise the associated behaviours, and in doing so, they will be given a chance to internalise what it means to live by each value in the workplace.
