As soon as you think of confidence as something you should work on every day rather than an abstract goal post, you’ll become aware of a major attitude change. You’ll be focused on the ongoing process. We believe that creating a series of habits that build our confidence is the key to real confidence. If you wait for the moment when you need to be confident to practise what you’ve learnt, it’s too late.
