Chapter 3 Planning Your Contextual Interviews

Your data is only as good as the people you interview. Your goal is to get a good cross-section of your target user population with a small number of participants. But you also need to get enough coverage of each type of participant. Rapid CD targets initial Contextual Interviews with four to twelve people. You can increase this population, which will increase time or the number of team members and helpers you need to complete the interviews according to schedule.
