Creating an equilibrium in yourself involves looking at the way you use your time and energy. It means that you use up less energy doing difficult things and you are better able to withstand problems that come at you from unexpected directions. Your personal equilibrium needs to accommodate the ebbs and flows of life and the patterns of living that work best for you.
