Adversarial: An attitude of opposition and antagonism where individuals work against each other rather than working together in collaboration.

Authentic: A quality of being genuine or real, not a phony. If individuals are authentic, their actions are consistent with what they say. They are congruent and believable.

Collaboration: Working together with an attitude of cooperation and mutual success, and supporting each other’s interests and goals.
