Chapter 6. Strategy

Gabor George Burt started our conversation here with a simple story. I thought I'd heard it before, but it had an interesting twist.

There were three tourists on safari in Africa. As they were walking, a ferocious lion jumped in front of them. Its intentions were pretty clear. The first tourist stopped dead in his tracks. Terrified and overcome by fear, he turns white and is unable to move. The second tourist starts to stretch out, loosen up, and off-load equipment. The third tourist stands there, hands in pocket, calmly assessing the situation.

After a couple of seconds, the first tourist turns to the second and yells "You're crazy. There's nothing you can do to out run that lion!" The second tourist responds, "You are right. ...
