Using RabbitMQ EC2 instances

In this recipe we will show how to create an Amazon EC2 instance, and how to configure RabbitMQ to be accessible from the Internet.

Getting ready

You need an Amazon AWS account.

How to do it…

You should have basic knowledge of Amazon EC2; however, we will explain the steps in detail:

  1. Log in to AWS and go to the EC2 console.
  2. Choose a region, for example, Northern Virginia, from the available regions:
