Setting Up Users and Permissions

In many businesses, multiple users have access to the QuickBooks company file, either taking turns accessing the file on the same computer or accessing the file from other computers on a network. (Refer to Appendix A for help with installing QuickBooks on a network.) If this is the case with your business, you should create a user name and password for each of these users.
