Since hand-computed simulations are so expensive and so tedious, real simulations are done almost exclusively on a computer. One of the most effective computer simulation languages is GPSS (General Purpose System Simulation) developed by IBM. One can also use computer language like FORTRAIN to perform simulation experiments.
