Synopsis
DateTimeFrom(*args,**kwds)
Creates and returns a DateTime instance built from
the given arguments. TimestampFrom is a synonym of
DateTimeFrom. DateTimeFrom can
parse strings that represent a date and/or time.
DateTimeFrom can also accept named arguments,
taking the same names as those of the arguments of function
DateTime.
