Populating the docs folder

The docs folder is where documentation goes. This can be any kind of documentation: user manuals, program specifications, API references, diagrams, and so on.

For now, you copy in the program specification we wrote in previous chapters, your interface mockups, and a copy of the form used by the technicians.

At some point, you might need to write a user manual, but for now the program is simple enough not to need it.
