Power

Power is often misunderstood. Mainly because the people we notice with power are the ones who abuse it. But power can be a force for good. Put power into the right hands and it can lead to positive change. For example, parents use their power to influence their children’s characters and development. Leaders use power skilfully to advance the interests of their organisation. Sales people influence their customers’ buying decisions. When we see power as the ability to influence we see it in a more positive light.

Power is good for your health. You need it to make positive changes in your life.
