Knowledge

We all want knowledge. We want to know tomorrow’s weather, what that person is thinking, or how to be a success. Knowledge is a valuable commodity and we’re willing to pay good money for it. The right knowledge can quite literally save your life. It can protect you from the wrath of uncertainty. And it can land you a well-paid job.

The trouble with knowledge is, it’s not constant. Like everything else in life it’s always changing. For example: the round earth superseded the notion of a flat earth. And Einstein’s theory of relativity superseded Newton’s view of the universe. It seems that whenever we think we’ve hit the bottom, another level reveals itself. Each level is useful, that’s for sure, they act as stepping-stones. ...
