IMPLEMENTING AND SUSTAINING CHANGE
Although the change planning phase is critical, typically the implementing and sustaining phases of change are considerably more difficult. Stakeholders such as workers, suppliers, and customers may sometimes be calm and rational during the change planning phase, but then these same stakeholders may experience strong negative emotions during the implementing and sustaining phases.
