INTRODUCTION

This chapter attempts to present a review of some of the salient features of research related to the individual and group-level processes in the area of organizational behaviour (OB) relevant for the Indian setting. The writing style aims to cater for not only those who have already engaged themselves in the area, but also for those who are just entering into the area or may have just graduated from a generalized education and training level to a research level.
