Incrementally Implementing and Adapting the Portal

The last step of the process is implementation. After completing the previous three steps you have a firm understanding of your requirements, a solid design for meeting those requirements and fitting the portal into the existing enterprise architecture, and an assessment of the ROI. The implementation phase should be done incrementally with a rollout of features and applications as they become available.
