Hyperlinking, Jurisdiction, and Complaint Sites

A variety of new trademark issues have emerged as use of the Internet has expanded. Three of the thorniest issues involve linking to others' sites, the question of where a Web site owner can be sued, and whether complaint sites set up to disparage a company can be prohibited.
