Publishing the Delivery Cycles

It is important to create the preliminary cycle plan and distribute it to the participants of the project initiation focus group, your project team, and all other stakeholders in the e-learning project within a few days after the focus group meeting. This activity in itself helps manage expectations about the remainder of the project. It builds anticipation on the part of the designated participants in the upcoming interim focus group session and galvanizes your team to develop the required deliverables in time for the session.

Table 10-13 is an example of a preliminary delivery cycle plan based on the sample e-learning project.
