Sample Project to Illustrate Cycle Planning

Let’s assume you are building a 10-lesson e-learning course. After analyzing the project definition coming out of the preliminary focus group session, you have derived estimates for delivering the e-learning course components using a project team of five (including yourself) over a 13-week period. You hold interim focus group sessions at the end of the fourth and eighth weeks and the project acceptance focus group session in the 13th week. Figure 10-1 illustrates the delivery cycle process.
