Now What?

You have most of the information required to plan and deliver the e-learning product. The preliminary timeframe is set. At this point, however, you and your team need to evaluate the proposed schedule in terms of numbers of features to be delivered, resources available (including reusable e-learning objects and templates built from previous projects), and the complexity of the features to be delivered. If time is the main constraint, you may need to renegotiate to reduce the number of features to be produced or to increase the total resources dedicated to the project once you’ve estimated the effort required to produce the e-learning product as it was defined during the project initiation focus group.
