Project Estimating

One thing is certain: Your first project task estimates will tend to be “ball park” estimates unless you already have a group of people in your organization who have completed some e-learning projects. You may get some suggestions from other organizations who have completed e-learning projects, but your own situation—particularly at the time you are embarking on your first e-learning project—may be sufficiently unique to cast doubt on the accuracy of another organization’s project estimates.
