Creating and Maintaining a Risk Database

You’ve already seen how risk management can help keep your e-learning project on course. You started the project with a number of specific threats in mind and planned some activities to avoid those threats or to reduce the threat to your e-learning project. At the end of each phase, you reexamined the list of threats and updated your strategy for proceeding with the project, taking into account your actual experience to that point in the project and using a rating system like the one described in chapter 2.
