Monitoring and Reevaluating Risks

As your project gets under way, you will find that your original list of risks can help you watch out for threats to the project. You will also find that some risks that originally seemed either unlikely (or likely but not threatening) now have become serious threats to your project. Your ongoing progress reports should always include an update on project risks and any new steps needed to be taken to deal with them.
