Cycle Review Sessions

The major milestones for your e-learning project are marked by the delivery review sessions, which are fixed at the beginning of the project. Each delivery cycle review session demonstrates to the project customers and stakeholders the functionality of the e-learning product as it evolves. At the end of each cycle, the customers and stakeholders have an opportunity to evaluate the product components delivered thus far, reaffirm the appropriateness of the remaining components, and, possibly, request new features to be introduced in lieu of features currently scheduled for delivery in future cycles.
