Chapter 4. Stage 2: Planning the E-Learning Project

Once you’ve defined your e-learning project and the e-learning product your project will generate, build your project plan to determine the activities necessary to create the product, the human and material resources required to complete those activities, and the associated schedule and budget for completing the project. This chapter describes how to develop a project plan and its components.
