Defining the Collaborative Environment

A successful e-learning project requires an environment designed to enable and encourage collaboration among all parties involved in the creation of an e-learning product. Just as effective e-learning is always learner focused, effective e-learning projects are product focused; that is, you and the project team should avoid tightly defined role definitions in favor of a shared commitment to delivering an e-learning product of the highest possible quality on time and within budget.
