  • facilitating acceptance and implementation of intended changes (what should be different when your e-learning product is in place)

  • responding to unexpected changes in project requirements (what is truly necessary and what is the cost to provide)

  • averting undesirable changes (unnecessary changes to scope of your e-learning product or delivery method).
