Defining Priorities and Constraints

In an ideal world, every e-learning project would finish in the shortest possible time, would stay well under budget, and would have every conceivable feature included—all of the highest possible quality. In the real world of finite resources, you’ll need to set priorities and manage time and resources to deliver the best product possible while honoring constraints of time, cost, and quality/scope. These three aspects can be represented by a triangle (figure 3-5).
