The cycle-based approach just described is dramatically different from traditional project management approaches you may have used in the past. We don’t want to send you off into a new venture as e-learning project manager without reexamining traditional project management practices. We do want to help you apply those practices in effective new ways that we believe are conducive to greater success in delivering products such as e-learning courses.
