E-Learning Project Development Cycle

The e-learning project development cycle lets you define your e-learning product initially, identify its key features, and break the project into a series of time-boxed delivery points for introducing those features. Each delivery point prior to final delivery reexamines the remaining features and allows for new priorities and substitution of new features. Here, in summary, is a seven-step approach for e-learning projects:
