About the Author
Bill Shackelford came to the field of e-learning via an unlikely path. He received his bachelor’s degree of arts in Germanic languages and literature and a master’s degree of music from Indiana University. He has pursued additional studies at Indiana University, University of Hamburg, Illinois Institute of Technology, and the University of Illinois in higher education administration, German, musicology, business administration, and computer science.
