We'll spend a good deal of this chapter discussing project changes, how to manage change, and how to assess the impacts of change. The change control process kicks in during the Monitoring and Controlling process of a project. Remember that change can also occur during the Planning and Executing processes, as mentioned in previous chapters. For clarity's sake, we'll cover all the change processes here.
