Kim Heldman, PMP, is an IT Director for the Governor's Office of Information Technology, State of Colorado. She oversees delivery of information technology services to four departments including Natural Resources, Public Health and Environment, Agriculture, and Local Affairs. She has more than 20 years of project management experience in the information technology field.
