Activity 5.1

Activity 5.1 A product description must contain the following headings or sections (from Chapter 2):
  • identity;

  • description;

  • derived from;

  • components;

  • format;

  • quality criteria.

Additional headings may include the following:

  • author;

  • owner;

  • date first compiled;

  • date of last amendment;

  • version number.

These criteria meet the requirement of being specific (a list of contents), measurable (the sections are either there or not) and achievable (it is possible, without difficulty, to ensure that each heading is present).
