Activity 1.1

Activity 1.1 Among the activities that may be considered are the following.
  1. Survey existing office requirements (for example, how many desks and chairs there are) and IT infrastructure, including servers and printers, used by the office.

  2. Survey new office space.

  3. Plan new office layout — who and what will go where?

  4. Schedule the sequence of moves — it might be that not all staff should be moved at once as this will allow for some continuity of service.

  5. Select a removal company.

  6. Organize the setting up of the infrastructure.

  7. Pack up the old office.

  8. Transfer to the new office, including supervision of placement of furniture ...
